Every year the Gold Cup Parade relies on volunteers to help with such activities as lining up floats, assisting with horses and bands, carrying sponsor banners, driving carts, handing large balloons, and overseeing the balloon handlers.
Parade volunteers are also invited to attend the awards banquet at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel immediately following the parade.
